If you need help when we are closed

When the surgery is closed emergency GP cover is supplied by NHS 111 who will direct you to the appropriate service.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

How to make a complaint

We continually endeavour to maintain and improve our service for our patients. If you wish to comment on any aspects of our service, please speak to one of our receptionists who will be pleased to help. A copy of the practice complaints procedure is available to view or download below which complies with the NHS complaints procedure.  You can raise a verbal or written complaint, or with the assistance of sign language or via a representative.
